Format: https://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/
Upstream-Name: wine-sg
Source: https://github.com/Stained-Glass-OS/wine-sg
Comment: This repository contains build machinery and patches only. The Wine
source itself is fetched from https://dl.winehq.org at build time and is not
redistributed here; the binary package therefore ships Wine's code, under
Wine's licence, built from that source plus the patches listed below.
 .
Every patch is listed individually with its own author, because they do not
share one: some are ours, some are carried from Debian's wine packaging, and
one is upstream Wine's own. Tracking that accurately is the point -- a blanket
"everything here is ours" would be wrong about most of this directory.

Comment: Build machinery -- build.sh, the Makefile, debian/, the WoW64 gate.
LGPL-2.1+ to match the Wine source it builds, rather than the project's usual
AGPL, so that nothing here can complicate the Wine tree it operates on.

Comment: Our own Wine patches. LGPL-2.1+ because they are modifications of
Wine. Not submitted upstream -- see ADR 0006 in the stained-glass repo.

Comment: Generates light.msstyles' Dark colour scheme (0160) from the Light
style's own rendered images and INI; nothing drawn by hand, no third-party
 artwork.

License: LGPL-2.1+
Comment: Generates light.msstyles' Horizon and Glass colour schemes (0743):
the main controls' images drawn from shapes and colours written in the
script, the rest recoloured from the Light style's own SVGs; no third-party
 artwork.

Comment: Generates light.msstyles' Rounded and Rounded Dark colour schemes
(0486) from the Light style's own SVGs and INI; nothing drawn by hand, no
 third-party artwork.

Comment: Replaces Wine's Notepad with our own editor; the files it keeps from
 Wine's (main.c, notepad.rc, notepad_res.h) keep their original notices.
Written clean-room: no Microsoft code, and no third-party editor component.

License: LGPL-2.1+
Comment: The event log service and its advapi32 client; the files they change
keep their original notices. Written from the documented API (EVENTLOGRECORD,
the event log functions) and Wine's own conformance tests; the log file
format and the pipe protocol are our own.

License: LGPL-2.1+
Comment: DirectComposition's version-1 device and DXGI composition swap
 chains, enough for WebView2's GPU process. Written from the documented API;
 the interface layout from Wine's own headers and mingw-w64's public dcomp.h;
how Chromium calls it from Chromium's BSD-licensed source. No Microsoft code.

License: LGPL-2.1+
Comment: Direct2D effect rendering and a first Windows.UI.Composition. Written
from the documented APIs; interface layouts from Wine's own IDL, IIDs and
WinRT interface shapes checked against the MIT-licensed windows-rs crate's
public metadata. The files they change keep their original notices. No
 Microsoft code, disassembly or symbols.
